Hi Scott, it's a reference table for converting fractional SAE (American), Metric, and Whitworth
wrench sizes into decimal inches. It can be handy when engineering a new part, or even just
to quickly see what wrench is "close enough" to a bolt you're trying to unscrew when you
don't have a tool set in the same system.

For example, if you don't have a 17/32 wrench, a 14mm wrench might do the trick, as it's
only 0.02 inches bigger according to the table.
